I was able to get away to Port Pirie to do some filming over the weekend, which also gave me a chance to shoot a few photos. For those that don’t know Port Pirie is about 2.5 hours from Adelaide. Good scene and they’ve even got their own indoor ramps which I was lucky enough to be able to ride. I shot the whole trip in B&W because I’m into grain right now and I really enjoy shooting lifestyle photos. Shoutout to Tyson for letting me stay on his couch and for being an all round awesome guy, and thanks to all the guys for having me!

NEWS // SAVE KP SKATEPARK
“The skate Park at the KP centre is being closed down by Logan (Queensland) city councillor Darren power from div. 10. Anemail sent to Darren Power asking for confirmation of the closure was replied by him with a phone call confirming the close and told nothing we can do about it -“The park is old and attracts the wrong crowd”. Many local children who live nearby the Kimberly park (KP) skate park on Roselea Street shailer park have been advised and are upset that their skate park is going to be demolished as a new skate park has been built. The new park is 2.5klm away! Many young children and their parents use this KP skate park every afternoon after school. Please save KP”

VIDEO // KTVSCRAPS NO.1; NATHAN TYAS
Kurt Teague recently made the move from Victoria up to Sydney, and has been a regular site at parks around ever since. He just uploaded this single clip of Nathan Tyas riding a DIY spot on the north side. This spot is super tight, and probably the most difficult thing I’ve ever ridden, but Spono gets it done.

VIDEO // DOM WILLIAMS- WELCOME TO PURE BIKES
West Australian ripper Dom Williams is someone we’re used to seeing kill it at the park, but he shows that he is more than capable on all terrain in this video for Pure Bikes. It starts off really strong from the first clip, and continues in the same manner throughout.
