The new FIT dvd is now available in Australia and I recomend you getting a copy, if the 200 page book that accompanies it isn’t enough then Van Homan having the last section should be enough alone. It’s not just Homan who shreds, you know FIT has a stacked team so it’s an hour of hammers from a diverse crew of riders. Stoked to see Jack Elkins get some solid clips in there as well.
