Describe an average weekday…
Since I got to Austin its just been getting up in the morning and getting in the van to go film shit with Stew. Usually we’ll get breakfast burritos, hit House Park and meet up with Jared and Matt before we ride some spots.
What about the weekend?
Weekends have been more of the same except we’ll hit schools and spots that usually have security during the week. Maybe hit downtown after for some drinks.
Newest part on your bike?
My whole whip is fresh since I got to visit the Building in LA but I just changed up from a Marv to a Wifi, Thanks Moeller!
Fix tubes or new tubes?
Usually new tubes, I haven’t pulled out a patch kit in a while.

It’s gotta be the gram.
Anything you would do-over if you could?
Nah.

Last web video that got you stoked on riding?
It’s not really a web video but Sexton’s part in Squash It was the goods.
Last song you listened to?
Some song by Jimmy Hendrix that was playing in the van.

Yup.

Nope.
Favourite movie of all time?
Into the Wild.
Park, street or dirt?
Whatever, but I get the most kicks out of finding a great street spot to ride.
What kind of car do you drive?
I like to keep things simple so I don’t have a car.
When and what was your first photo in a magazine?
I’m not real sure but it was probably the 2020 interview I got to shoot with Mitch Morison years ago.
You have any web videos coming out?
I’ve got clips ready for some promo stuff with Fit so that should be dropping in the next couple months.

First bmx video you saw?
Hard to say but I think it was System, to this day one of my all time favourites.
Summer or Winter, which do you prefer?
Definitely winter in Brisbane.

Whips, Peg hard 180s, Bunnyhops, Tucks.
Last trip you took?
I’m on one right now but we recently did a trip from Long Beach through Arizona and ending up in Austin.
A good spot or park you’ve hit up lately…
House park is insane, the flat rail spots out here are unbelievable too.
Random story from your local park?
When I was like 14 Ryan Nyquist showed up at my local park in Cairns, he didn’t have his bike so he just sat watching for a while till we all mustered up the courage to say Hi. He ended up being cool as hell and shredded one of our bikes for a bit in running shoes, turns out he was just there as a tourist to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef with his parents.
