Indoor skateparks were among the businesses forced to close during the Covid lockdown. With restrictions easing, some of these places are starting to open back up. In celebration of their return, Slam Factory on the NSW Central Coast released this video by Shane Pike looking back at their scene from the 00s-10s. Theres a pretty diverse mix of riding in here, a lot of the stuff reminds me of trips to indoor parks from that period. Slam is rider-owned, and recently underwent a remodel, so definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in the area!
