It’s been far too long since we’ve seen anything from Sir John Young, but he has given us one hell of a belated festivus gift! A Brisbane trip featuring a whole slew of our best: Benn Pigot, Beechy, JP Chavez, Cody Pollard, Jack Elkins, Tenna, Dylan Lewis, Wilton Hedley and John himself. Beech is a badass, and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of watching Cody and Benn ride tranny. Brew yourself a cuppa and bask in 12 minutes of glory.

A pretty diverse chunk of the Colony crew cruised through Oregon this past September with Chris Bracamonte on hand to document it all. Rad to see both Clint Millar and Alex Hiam shred all those unique concrete masterpieces. Alex has grown into one of the best all-round riders at the moment, and he puts all that ability to good use for sure.

The final installment in Tempered’s triumphant return comes courtesy of Jerry V. Whilst this doesn’t have the wow factor of it’s predecessors, it is more than compensated by Jerry’s stripped-back-yet-highly-nuanced riding. It’s technical, but in terms of ability, not in the sense of throwing in four barspins. Definitely not to be missed.

It’s not uncommon to see some pretty horrendous DIY bike mechanics at any given park on any given day, often due to a lack of experience; combined with the absence of useful information out there. To help combat bicycle mutilation, Colony have initiated a new video series entitled ‘Service Centre’. This, the first installment demonstrates the best method of replacing forks. For anyone who’s been around for a while, this should all be pretty cordial, but I’m sure it’ll go a long way toward helping some of you younger dudes have a dialled set up!

Brisbane bowl dog/tech wizard Jason Watts has been hanging out in the US filming for the upcoming Vans video for a while now; managing to do a bunch of other stuff in between. One of which is this shop appearance, where they met a bunch of locals before headed down to one of the local bowls. Jason looks right at home next to Enarson, which speaks volumes about his ability. That line at 1:49 is a prime example of it, too.
