This is something I’m pretty excited about, and I feel is getting back to Focalpoint’s very roots. We’ve collaborated with Novacastrian Kris Humphries to produce the aptly titled Novacastria; which is to become a bi-weekly feature shedding some light on the Newcastle scene via videos of sessions at parks around the area and in the […]
Everything about this video screams classic BMX, the BMX that I grew up with. From Adam’s riding, which is simple, stylish and creative, to the terrain, backing track and even the filming aparatus. More than enough fufanus to get any brake nerd excited, and plenty of stylish transition shralping. I’m stoked!
Luke Parslow is renowned for his dirt jumping ability; and this video for Fist Handwear; he demonstrates just how well that translates over to ruling parks. The whole video is solid, but the last two clips are wild. Shot and Cut by Bret Trigg
This dope video from Dylan Mercer popped up on my Facebook this morning, and it’s real solid. Plenty of well rounded, good clips; with everything from ledge lines to table airs to backies on a whole slew of Western Sydney parks.
Our very own Alex Coumailleau getting some raw clips on a tiny ledge for his threads hook-up Primary.
This video is a little behind the scenes look at the wallpaper shot by Hadrien Picard while the Antipodes crew consisting of Mathais Dandois, Maxime Charveron and skateboarder Sam Partaix were down in Australia. That Nimbin bowl is no joke, so these dudes sessioning the over-under time after time is pretty serious.
George Prentonski and fellow Commission members Lee Cruickshank, Chris Whyte and Pat Kane got together with apparel label Halfsleeve for this collaboration project to promote the new Surry Hillfigga line. Video has a real relaxed vibe and is a pretty apt depiction of a session with these dudes. George also produced the beat for this […]
Another video has popped up from the country’s most prominent public trails spot, Adelaide city dirt. This one features Angus Samson, Nathan Parker and Tristan Gray. These three are really diverse, but all kill it in their own respect. I need to come and visit, they look too much fun.
