Seems like the week of injuries. Tom Boorman who part owns Hell On Wheels went down hard on the weekend. I will paste the info gathered from their site….

“Boss-man Boorman took a gnarly knock at Five Dock on monday afternoon. He slipped out on leaves going full speed at a ramp and dove head first into the concrete, luckily wearing his helmet. I took him to RPA thinking he was only in for stitches but his injuries ended up being quite serious. X-rays showed 4 fractures in the face and skull. Luckily the neurosurgeon and plastic surgeon feel there is no need for surgery and he could be out of Hospital in a few days. John was filming for a Hell on Wheels edit and the crash footage is disturbing, something quite difficult to watch. The fact it looks like he’ll heal up with out surgery is amazing. The peak hour traffic made it nearly an hour to get to RPA, and all he complained of was a headache! Tough as.”
